I get back to the gym this week.
I've missed it.

Getting Back started tomorrow. Morning runs then afternoon weight training. I've been working too much lately.

Lately I have been seasoning the shite out of my chicken with chili powder and tonys and cayenne pepper so that way I think about how how my food is instead of how boring it is.
Try Indian food if you like it.
Chicken breast, non-fat Greek yogurt, light coconut milk, a little olive oil, a shite ton of spices, some onions, and serve it all over brown rice. Good stuff, and not bad for you at all.

I got out of the habit of going when I got sick. Then I had to deal with being anemic so it was literally a no go for awhile. I'm finally back to where I can go consistently so I'm excited.

You could try waiting tables. The money is good at the right places and the hours are flexible.
be my luck to get bad tippers. I'll add it to the list and see how it goes. Money doesn't really matter to me from this, I'm just looking for balance.
Could be worse, I guess.

So what's the difference between Greek Yogurt and regular?

I did it for a little while last year when I couldn't find a job. I made damn good money. It's hard work and a lot of fake niceness though.

Greek yougurt has a lot more protein and less calories and fat.
It tastes much better, IMO. I like the kind with the fruit in it.

No fat, more protein, less calories, and better taste. One of the few non-meat foods that you can get 12 grams of protein out of while only consuming ~100 calories.

If you like yogurt and have a Kroger, they have a line called carbmaster which is very good, very cheap and has a very good protein/ carb ratio.

Damn, you go all out on your meals.
I keep it just chicken and rice, and at night chicken and veggies.
I love eating greek yogurt, but it taste like sour cream.

I worked at the chilis off college drive for a good while, so I know about bad tips.
But the kinds of places where your likely to get bad tips, you'll also get a lot of tables.
On a friday night, I could walk out with $150, but I also had 40 tables that night.

You would like some high protein yogurt.

I love to cook and I would lose my mind if I had to give up one of the few creative outlets I have.

I don't have a creative bone in my body.
It has just been easier to cook 6 chickens plain and simple with some select spices for the week.
