I fully support this proposal.

Spur try this to teach a 122. When teaching it draw lines on court. And whoever has ball in that section, one of top 3 guys go man on that guy. If its a wing drop the point to slide down where the wing normally is.

Cool, thx--think I'll try to give it another shot with my guys

Anything above line extended is the point anything left elbow down is the left top and vice versa. Don't help or switch the screens it kills your zone. But have the 2 low guys run through screens. They won't set them much after that. If they do, they won't be hard and if a guy post on block front it but have it called so backside low can take between rim and guy.

This is the point where it usually falls apart for my guys. They understand the concept for the most part, but we're just woefully undisciplined as a whole, unfortunately.
My intramural team in college ran it just fine.

Me too. Buying clothes would be so much easier if I were just a little taller.

Have guys dribble on top when teaching it and have 2 guys set screens or you do it. Another way I taught not to switch is to play a game where if you get ball in lane and your guy in your zone gets in lane the defense runs or push ups
I wanted to put pads on a 7th grade team and have them fight for rebounds but brother Ron said that age group didn't need to be so "physically intimidating"

Ha, you wish. This time last year I was trying to find pants with 52 in waist and 30 in inseam. Very hard. Around christmas I was lucky to find five pairs with the 30 in inseam with a 44 in waist.

Try finding any pants with a 36 in inseam.

Try finding a 22" neck on a regular dress shirt

I need 34 waist x 33 inseams, which are nearly impossible to find. 34x34 are all over the place though, so being an inch taller would be great for me.

Other than having to get up at the arse crack for 2 more days, I'm good. Ready for Marathon weekend to be over already. Took a nice nap earlier during the day after getting close to no sleep last night.
