TAMU coming into the SEC was the worst thing for Arkansas. Now, not only does Arky have to hope for a down year for Bama and LSU at the same time, they have to hope for the same for TAMU and they also can't get as many good players from TX now that TAMU is recruiting so well. Sucks for Arky but they will struggle to ever be better than 2nd or 3rd in the West. Luckily for them, a playoff is coming--so they may have a better shot at a NC than an SECC in coming years.

If Boom is sub .500 against LSU, UG, USC, UT, etc. I will have a want for him to be fired. Arkies have told me they are good with sub .500 against the good SEC teams and just happy to make a decent bowl and compete every now and then.

The real question should be if Arkansas will ever get a 1/3 as many SEC Championships as Tulane(3)
