The Coors Brewing Company announced today that they will soon begin offering Coors Light in a new “shotgunnable can” that will feature a second tab on its side to allow for easy shotgunning.

Now THAT'S funny right there....

Your flirting with Chrissy is getting a little overbearing, would you mind simmering down with it just a touch.

Look. I understand that you get bewildered when someone actually creates something with their OWN mind like Christopher just did.....instead of regurgitating/repeating/and/or/cat-gifing, but whatever..........

Christopher, The more I think about it. That shite is genius. Not sure if a goliath like Coors, MIller, or Budweiser could pull it off because it's un-PC........but if you could get your shotgun-tab-idea to a bottom-feeder like a Keystone Light, a PBR, or a Natural LIght........... combined with a special-edition Talladega can????!!! You'll be rich.

Damn. WIsh I'd a thought of it.........

Do you have an attorney?

It's not that I agree with the commie U.S. patent system............but it's part of the red tape you're about to have to jump through........

Breaks Down Like This: If the lid of your beer can isn't painted gold, then most likely the "taste" evaporated weeks ago............and you are shite out of luck.

Sorry. You should have chosen a beer with engineers on staff that were smart enough to protect from "taste evaporation" with gold paint on the lid.

Just went for more beer. Noticed two more things on this tip..........

1) The "taste"-protector-lid-FRAUD is still in high-gear..............and...

2) The exact same company that protects "taste" by painting can tops gold........ALSO...........features their marquee "champagne of beers".......... in C-L-E-A-R.... frickING.........B-O-T-T-L-E-S ! - ! - ! - !!!!!!...........................

MillerCoors has found a new way to “protect” its Miller Lite bottles and cans. The Taste Protector Cap, found on bottles, features a special seal to lock out air and lock in taste, while preventing the beer from ever touching metal. The same idea applies to Miller Lite cans, where a Taste Protector Lid provides a barrier to block out the metal can taste while sealing in the beer’s taste.

False. They changed nothing about their can other than to start painting the lids gold and making up some gibberish about inventing a new space-age "taste protector" technology. LINK.............

False. The taste protector cap is no different from the old cap, or the caps of any other mass-market beer..... except for the gibberish. If they really wanted to lock out air, they would get rid of the twist-off tops altogether and use pry-offs. There is a reason why you need an actual bottle-opener to open up a decent bottled beer.

What about the rest of the can? It's metal too right? Why "taste protection" only for the lid? This doesn't make any sense. Did you even read this shite, or just cut n paste?

And again.....if Miller was actually concerned about the "taste protection" of their product.... why do they use clear bottles for Miller High Life? I mean........they figured out the need to put beer and wine in dark colored bottles to protect from light back before electricity was invented.

Nothing makes sense in this world.
