Hard to say....
His turn around of the program is worth being inducted, but he was here for only 4 full years. His records was 48-16 and had 3 or more losses every year except 03.
He checked out about 3/4 the way through his 5th year becasue he was gearing up to go to Miami.
If I had a vote, I would say yes. He came into a program that was a SEC bottom feeder with potential and had 5 straight winning seasons. He rejuvinated the LSU program and set LSU's defense as one of the nation's best. Would he have sustained it, probably, but you never know. I think he has been able to evolve at each position he has gone to. Noone was looking at him when he was coach of Mich. St., LSU gave him the door and the talent to make noise and he did.
I wouldn't have a problem with him being inducted into the LSU football hall of fame.
That said, I believe Miles will be a shoe-in for it.
