Hyatt got the approval, and Musgrave, waiting outside, asked if he could arrange the music for the tuba section. Hyatt said he gave him the go-ahead.
“The first time ‘Gator Jaws' was ever performed was the next week at LSU,'' said Hyatt, who still lives in Gainesville. “In the meantime, we let the cheerleaders know what we were going to do.''

Easy to understand. It would seem that would be very natural thing for UF fans to start doing on their own.

The fan base known for their annoying cow bells also gave us the stupid looking gator chomp. Makes sense.

That stupid chomp is both gay and cool at the same time...kind of like that stupid Florida State Tomahawk Chop.

Coming from a team that plays the same song...with the same motions from the crowd.....every down. You even have Mike on the big screen before the game to teach (remind) people what what to do when the band plays each song
