Auburn sucks and has pipe dreams of getting a coach that apparently is not as good as once thought.

Indicative of nothing whatsoever, LSU fans wanted to fire him the entire time he was here.

Shocking, I know.

Surely you jest. LSU would never want to fire a coach while their team is successful.

LSu fans want to fire Gene Chizik and he doesnt even work for them.

We like firing people! To be fair, many of your people want to fire him now. I do have to say, it isn't Chizik's fault that AU fans continued to believe Frazier could learn to pass without a single indicator or shred of evidence leading one to that conclusion. Unrealistic expectations combined with the recruiting rankings of the last few years, bad situation for Chiz. Someone is going to walk in to a very good situation, however.

I'd be a little surprised if Jimbo Fisher left Florida State..that's a great spot, he's in.

Since he's lived in California since basically 1994 (outside of 3 years), I would say that played a much bigger part in his decision to move back than trying to run away from the SEC like you claim.
But your just assuming. Just like I was. So in reality, neither of us know.
Fact is, he is in an easier conference and at a more prestigious school, which is saying a lot because UT is one of the bigger names in the SEC. He stayed their a year because he saw a better opportunity.
Maybe in your eyes, you see Auburn as the better opportunity, but in mine it is FSU.
And as far as I can remember, the only coach that has left being HC at a big time program to come to an SEC school is Saban. And only because it was the best job available after he realized Miami was past being saved.

The Chief is about as beloved as it comes in Baton Rouge. UT fans were glad to see him go because OMG KIFFINS!~!! tHird and Cheevussss!@&#! How did that work out for them?

Someone called him the only LSU coach in history, in any sport, that no one has demanded be fired. If I had to bet on it, I would wager someone has called for his job, as sad as that is.

Rantards wanted him gone after his very first game.

Finally a reasonable opposing point.
Cant argue with the fact that not many HCs in good situations leave for another HCing job.
Saban and Spurrier both left the NFL to go back to the SEC. Carroll did too for the Pac-10.
Chiz, Dooley, Saban, Miles, and Sumlin are the only current SEC coaches to leave a HCing job for an SEC coaching job...and FSU is better than Houston, Mich St, Iowa St, LT, and Ok St.

Jimbo to Auburn is fricking hilarious. Auburn has a tendency to think they are a school like Alabama or Michigan or Notre Dame or Ohio State or a host of others when they decide to make a coaching hire and that just isn't the case. Most people outside of the south do not know who Auburn is and that is a fact.
No way in hell Jimbo leaves FSU for Auburn. They hold Dye in high esteem as if he is their Bear Bryant and he never won shite. The figurehead of their program was a fricking loser and now they want to fire the coach that won their only NC in modern football. Their last NC was won before the face mask was inveted.
If what I am saying is not true then how in the hell did they end up with Chizik in the first place? Who the frick was Gene Chizik? Did all of you not say, WTF when they hired The Cheezy? Of course you did because it was a joke hire.
Little league!!

How the hell did Bama end up with Mike Shula? Every coach in the country wanted to coach there right?
Auburn would get Jimbo the same way Bama got Saban. Money and Power - throwing lots of it at him.

this should never be an argument from an Alabama fan considering that the majority of your championships are claimed before Auburn's first and most of those are bullshite anyway.

Oh. I thought they also hired him as HC too. My mistake. Who is the HC at FSU right now? Can you help me out?
