This is the worst MSU defense I've seen in along time. The front 7 is the weakest ever under mullen and they have a couple of good players in the secondary.
Statistically, it is and will be the best defense we have had yet.

Yeah Milliner is astonishingly good at being mediocre.

You might revise your projection after you face A&M, LSU, Arky and Bama. Your schedule is backloaded and I think your defensive stats will be far less impressive after those games.

How about the fact that almost every link is up to date? You're mind can't change because you don't want it to. Watch the tape, I have. Milliner is better, it's there when you watch it, but you're not going to do that. Watching 50 snaps from each of them takes no more than one hour late at night. Have fun. Banks is a beast, Milliner is just a little better.

Why would I? We will actually play our first and second strings in most of those games instead of playing every scholarship player available + a few walkons.

Could you help me out and link me all of their plays so I can knock this out real quick?

You can find some on youtube, but I DVR'd them and watched them later on, can't link those. I'll see what I can find on the old tube really quick.

Oh do you dvr every MSU game?

Milliner vs OM : LINK
I can't find much on Banks on youtube, some videos from last year, but nothing from this year. Again, I suggest that you DVR Bama and State's games this weekend and if you get the chance watch Milliner/Banks.

Some. Mostly for Banks, Perkins, and Russell. Studs.

Has Milner helped Bama win a game by being a bad arse? Because Banks damn near beat UT by himself. Stripped and recovered the ball in the 4th on a crucial drive.

Let me get this right. The argument for the better CB is between a guy who leads in PBU and a guy who "nobody throws on"? So you would give Banks the edge off of a hunch? No NFL scout will say "we are picking this guy because nobody throws his way". What a joke. You go with a guy who gets the production, who shows you that if it does go his way, he will defend the pass. If Dee bolts after this year, he will be the first CB taken plain and simple.

This one also still has Corey Broomfield listed as the #29 CB prospect for the draft, yet no mention of Darius Slay. Pretty hard to take any of that seriously...seeing how Broomfield has been a SS for 6 games now(and where he projects at the next level) after being beaten out by Darius Slay.
Any list that isn't including Slay in the top 10-15 CBs right now based on his potential, size, intangibles, and what he's done so far can be taken with a grain of salt...at best...

Gotta give you props on the sweet charts.
I'm still annoyed that we played a soft zone in our easy games and let our opponents rack up cheap passing yardage. the conference games are much more indicative of what our DBs are.

Milliner has played lights out, but Bama has thus far crushed its opposition, with all games played thus far having been decided by the half.
Saban, who is apparently mellowing as he ages, has opted to develop young players and has freely substituted on both sides of the ball.
John Fulton has 8 tackles, Geno Smith has 4 tackles, and both are backup CBs.
12 passes broken up and 2 interceptions in 5 games is kicking arse, and leading the country. That is more than Dre had all last season.
Milliner is sitting during part of the third and all of the fourth quarters of the games thus far.

I'd gladly take either one of them on my football team. Both are legitimate All-American CBs.
