Let's wait until this week's projections come out after Banks gets his little bump from completely locking down Justin Hunter and taking him out of the UT game, shall we?
I linked them already, go look at my post with all of the links.

Lol, yes he does..and he's top 5 in the league in picks
Arenas. Starter as well

Lol, 5 years at bama and in April he will put his 4th db in the first round, in addition to arenas, Johnson, Johnson, menzie who are all contributing in a roster today in the league. You obviously don't know what the frick you're talking about.
The proof is in the pudding. Scouts like milliner more than banks. That's because he's better, not because he's a bammer. This thread is hilarious.
What's more hilarious is that bell, jones, and Cooper are going to have their way with this vaunted bulldog secondary

And look, Grinders, we're not saying Banks is bad. We're saying he's a first round CB, but Milliner is better. Watch the tape. You aren't used to being good like we are, historically, so I understand that you want Banks to be recognized as better than Milliner, but he just isn't to most people. Maybe he is to some people, but definitely not to most. Banks would start for us (Slay wouldn't) over Belue. We love him, but look last year we didn't argue that Dre was better than Mo, because he wasn't. We didn't say Hightower was better than Luke Kuechly, because he wasn't. You've got to understand that there is NOTHING wrong with being the second best CB in the nation.

Incorrect. Don't give one shits about this debate. Just standing up for my man Kareem.

You forgot about Norwood.

el o el
In 19 games under the current DC, State has given up 3 passes that went for over 40 yards. Zero this year. The first 13 of those, we didn't have NEARLY as good of CB across from Banks as we do now in Darius Slay.
So, good luck torching us.

Who have you played this year? Troy has a good passing game so I'll give you that, but Troy wouldn't have put up the same numbers against our secondary as they did against yours, and you know that. McCarron will probably have 2 TDs, NO INTs, and 215ish yards against MSU because that is all he'll need to do. Don't think you locked us down if he doesn't go for more than that, because he usually doesn't.

That's cool.
We held the SEC's #1 passing offense to 150 yards.

McCarron is better than Bray. If he was playing in an offense that let him do more he would put up more numbers. McCarron is more accurate, more mobile, a better decision maker, and has a higher football IQ.

WTF is this thread still going for. Banks was the 4th best CB in his class in the SEC alone last year. MO, Gilmore, Kirkpatrick all went in the 1st rd after the JR year. Banks returned for his senior season for a chance at the 1st rd.
He leaves as a JR and he is a day 2 pick. Millner will go top 10 as a JR and banks will probably still be a fringe rd 1 player as a SR.
This is the worst MSU defense I've seen in along time. The front 7 is the weakest ever under mullen and they have a couple of good players in the secondary.
Offensively this may be the best MSU team though because you have a competent QB and some decent playmakers.

The Grinders have an elite player, but since it is a rare occurence they demand that everyone thinks Banks is the best.
Posted on 10/16/12 at 9:27 pm to AllBamaDoesIsWin
And Tyler Russell is better than them both.

Great! Going higher in the draft too, I guess?!? Let me guess, you've got a link from Bryantfootball.com saying this is true!!!

He probably will after his Senior year. Who will be his competition? It'll be a weak QB class and he has the arm, the background of being a winner, and the measurables that scouts love. Who knows though, you're clearly not up to actually discussing football. I've posted updated links, and even pointed you towards them BEFORE my post in caps, but you still act like they aren't out.
