Who is Byron De'Vinner and what's his story?

I'm hearing this dude is one dirty shady dude who may have led to NCAA violations at multiple SEC schools I'm hearing 2-3 other sec schools other than State and Auburn involved.
Anybody in the know able to fill me in.

I actually know Byron from a barber shop in Mufreesboro. Always was a cool guy.

Every time I talked to him, he was running football camps for kids and was always into church. That's why this struck me as odd because I would've never thought anything shady.

He absolutely hates the VOLS and Vols in Memphis have been working hard to bust him. He really came on to the scene with the #1 player in the state last year Brian Kimbrow, who is now at Vandy. That recruitment was some of the sloppiest work ever by a "handler".
