why is it hard to admit that playing in that stadium is hard?
its not impossible but its one of the hardest in the country. Who gives a flying frick about history, in 2012, night games in TS are gonna be a bitch, just like they are in BDS.

Can't we just admit that LSU has a great crowd/atmosphere and leave it at that?

I really don't recall anyone saying this. But to act like a home game is not an advantage is just ridiculous. Plain and simple.

No one said it wasn't an advantage, but historically it hasn't mattered to Bama.

You must be thinking about it an awful lot to google such a thing.

Good thing for us Les Miles (who has a sparkling record in TS) will be our coach this year and not Curley Hallman or Jerry Stovall.

The last team to win in TS was a 2009 Tim Tebow led Florida team. I think the fact LSU hasnt lost in BR the last 2 seasons with Miles in charge is a lot more relevant than LSU's BR record in the days of disco but that's just me

Sucks for you that you won't go three seasons without losing at home.

Alabama fans are incapable of admiting that they aren't #1 at something

That's not just you. That's me as well. We don't cherry pick years because we want to. We just weren't that good in the 70's and 80's. Home and away.

Lsu record this century is 5-1 at bama. Bama's record at Lsu is 2-4. Deal with it.

Nah. You or someone in that 'LSU dominance' thread essentially said that TS is hard to win in as an opponent. Nationally, yeah, maybe. In the SEC, it's #6. That's all.

I agree that TS is a damn tough place to play, but you can't just discount eras where you were bad....

Damn, I just got burned. The Bama fans are obviously scared of Tiger Stadium. It really gets them pissy when a LSU fan just merely suggests that it's a slight advantage. No one is claiming that it is impossible to win as the opposing team. The only thing I can think of that has these Bama fans going crazy about LSU fans claiming a little advantage is fear.

I'm not sure why I even come to this board anymore. It's literally full of gumptards. They can't admit that we've upgraded at QB, somehow think playing in TS is not an advantage for LSU, TM7 is overrated, tweets are going to fire up every team that plays us, and Bamas replacements are better than LSU's returners

You mean the same thread I said that stadiums don't win games by themselves and our "record" is influenced by how strong a team we fielded? Are you really so dumb you don't understand this concept or are you just being intellectually dishonest?

Um, yes you can. The team playing at home is not as good as the team playing away in those years. This year is not the case. We're closely matched, and we're at home. That is clearly an advantage.

This is simple logic.
