Jarrett Lee and Jordan Jefferson over Andrew Hatch in 2008, BOOM BITCH

This thread needs to GTFO. There will always be one or two Jefferswag team members that will defend their hero's play in spite of everything that everyone has seen. And it makes LSU/Miles look stupid.
I love the logic involved.
Hate on JLee = not cool
Hate on JLee and Jefferson = not cool
Hate on Jefferson = then we're alright
You Tigah fans are wacky.

the only reason hatch lost his spot is because he was knocked the frick out by a 180 lb CB at Auburn, he wasn't "passed up" based on talent. BOOM MY frickIN BITCH

I wasnt a Lee apolgoigst either and always stayed out of the JJ/Lee threads, but Lee was the better of the 2 looking back IMO. He's wasnt a great QB by any stretch, but JJ was just awful and his play in the NC game was par for his career here. He did have some momements, but they were few and far between.

Ah Choctaw...I see you also could not pass on some of ShreveportHog94's words of wisdom.

Miles coached those 2?
no...but i had to go all the way back to '97. Thats half of Dinardos tenure and all of Sabans. So i guess its not that rare for coaches to start upperclassmen over others at QB.

Truth
Some coaches are head-strong & willful when it comes to their QB's and how much they trust their QB's. Les isn't the only HC that runs the show this way.

Didn't Miles bench RS freshman Jarrett Lee for true freshman Jordan Jefferson in '08? If Miles favors older players so much, why didn't he go with someone like Andrew Hatch when Lee was struggling? Instead he burned Jefferson's redshirt and started him all four years over Jarrett Lee.

because Les hates white people

Side Note: He did go with Andrew Hatch until he got knocked the F out in the Auburn game...then Lee came off the bench and led LSU to a come from behind win.
Side Note #2: Its not so much that Les favors older players...its just that he favors JJ.
