Actually, mizzou's last 3 QBs were drafted into the NFL. We'll have 4 in a couple of years.
One has a super bowl ring, even though he didn't play. Still has a super bowl ring.

should he count for USC or Florida?

At Louisville Petrino did recruit Hunter Cantwell who had a cup of coffee in the Carolina camp

Try top 10 QB, maybe even top 5.

Delaware has more QB's (Joe Flacco Baltimore,Pat Devlin Miami) on current NFL rosters
No argument from me. Apparently Delaware's coach does an outstanding job identifying and developing QBs. How does that detract from Petrinos ability to do the same?
Also, Pat Devlin's Rivals site said he signed with Penn State with a nice offer list. Did he transfer to Delaware?

the Hog's require that if you disagree, you must provide a sufficient reason.

I do like the opportunity the big programs (Bama, Florida, LSU) provide but overall I'd say UGA is probably the best place to go with maybe Arkansas second. Mizzou is worth a real mention for what they have done with QBs under Yost.
Spurrier I dunno about. The only Florida QB of his that ever really did much in the NFL was Grossman - he sure coached up some great college QBs tho

No, you troll Mizzou hard there meat.
Its NOT ok for me to simply state a fact that there isnt a track record for Petrino yet but its perfectly logical for you to look ahead and base your opinions on "what ifs and maybes" to back your opinion?
Holy hell that is some logic fail.
I have not ripped Arkansas once, just have conservatively and logically stated its way to early to make a case.

6 of UGA's last 8 quarterbacks played in the NFL. Mike Bobo and Joe Cox missed the cut.

Flacco & Devlin both transfered into Delaware. Flacco was buried on the Pitt bench behind Tyler Palko and Devlin bounced from PSU when he could not beat out Daryl Clark...

If Petrino stays long enough...it will eventually be Arky. Arkansas as of late hasn't had much luck putting QB's in the pros...mostly due to our coaching philosophy for 10 years.
We are starting to see more and more "* powered" QB's give us some looks (especially looking at 2013).
Georgia still has some luster and one of the few SEC teams to run a pro-style offense...Probably the "top" choice
The only pro-style options are:
Georgia
Arky
Bama
USC-E till Lattimore is done
The rest our all system/spread teams
