I think if you had framed your OP in a way that just called for his public humiliation, very few people would argue. You overstated the case when you called it sexual assault, IMO.

Ok, that's fair.
But let's acknowledge the fact that ANYBODY who posts anything that is critical/controversial will have their motives deconstructed similarly.
For the record I personally think it is 2nd degree sexual assault, but rather than just give an opinion, I LINKED the statute in the OP. What more could i have done but offered my opinion, and then linked it with the actual statute so you could make up your own mind.
With all due respect, you seem to be asking me to agree to not post anything that can be interpreted more than one way or to not post anything that could be objected to. That's impossible.
