Harbaugh is a much better coach. He has won consistently at every level he's ever coached. In his rookie season as an NFL head coach, Harbaugh has his team in the NFC Championship game.
Saban was a complete failure as an NFL coach. He was not meant to coach at the highest level.
He is a great college football coach, and his authoritarian style works great with kids transitioning from high school.
The NFL is a different level though, and Saban has not proven himself capable of reaching those heights.

One guy CAN ciach at the highest level. The other one cant.
