First of all, the kid didn't sexually assault his cousin with a plunger. He was 13 when the incident happened. Read the court documents. Daniel Hood is the kid's name. He's paid the price and never gotten into trouble since then. His presence and participation in the event is bad enough. I wouldn't defend him much other than to say he's been good since then. I am sure this will haunt him forever and he feels bad about it. Christmas at his house has to be tense.

Get your facts straight. Cecil's perversions were not known at the time he was recruited to LSU, and he never raped anybody.
