I've got a feeling some of you LSU fans are gonna have an emotional breakdown if Alabama is picked to play in the NC.

meh. LSU and Ok State are both going to win out. So, it won't matter. And, Bama is going to lose to Auburn.

It's hilarious Bama fans even think they deserve a rematch and even more hilarious they think they have a shot of getting one. Bama's only shot is LSU losing. Period. Personally, I don't think Okie St loses, so this is all a waste of time. But, after Championship week, IF Okie St loses, Bama will be jumped by Oregon or OU. This is college football, not the NFL. You don't win your own division in your conference, you are out. Deal with it! This is excluding the most important part as well; MONEY. No way the commissioners of both the Pac 12 and Big 12 allow the SEC to pocket all the BCSNC game money. Wake up fools..You don't get invited to the party just cause your Bama and you got Saban.

Say whatever you want, when it comes to mapping out the possible outcomes of the BCS formula, lsumatt is about the best there is. His projections have nothing to do with a bias toward LSU everything to do with how the poll voters are likely to split among the one loss teams and how the computers are likely to rank teams considering the different possible outcomes. Most of those who discount his projections do so because they don't like the way the computers work. The issue isn't whether you like the rankings, but what they will likely do. If you are going to challenge lsumatt on his projections, you had better come with some very specific and detailed knowledge of how the computer rankings actually work.
I haven't seen one challenge that is more than the "computers ought," as opposed to an actual explanation why he wrong based on how the computer rankings actually work. If lsumatt says that OU is in if they beat OSU, you had better
be able to show exactly why based on how the computers actually rank teams, not your opinion about who is better.
The computers will have a substantial and controlling impact
because, in part, the votes will be split in the polls.

I understand at some level
I wish LSU had gotten a second chance at Florida in 2006... if they had they really might have won the SEC CCG
But they didn't because they lost the first time - it hurt but that's why the games matter so much
