Add Oregon to that statement, and I agree completely.
Why would we want to play any team we've already beaten?
This is not rocket science. No fan would want to play a team that they had already taken care of.

At people questioning him. You people don't know who you're messing with. lsumatt > all when it comes to BCS. He was the only person in 2007 telling everyone we would still make the NC with a Mizzou and WVU loss.

This is a true statement but a dumb argument. If the roles were reversed so would these posts by bama and lsu fans.
#1 plays #2. If OSU loses to Oklahoma, then it's evident that bama is #2 and should play again.
To be fair, I'd say the same thing if LSU had lost and were #3 trying to fight for a rematch. If OSU lost at #2, I'd be in favor of a rematch.

This is a stupid argument. It has nothing to do with "you already had your chance". It doesn't work that way. The aim of the BCS is and has always been to match the #1 and #2 ranked team for the national title. If Okie State and LSU win out then they will be those 2 teams. If Okie State loses, then your ridiculous "you already had a chance" argument doesn't have any validity as a reason to deny Alabama or Oregon the #2 spot. If either of those 2 teams is deemed better than Oklahoma then they will play LSU for the title.

#2 Alabama totally deserves a shot at the #1 team.
That's why they got TWO shots at LSU on November 5th.
Don't worry, when the final poll comes out, Alabama will jump the loser of the BCSCG to be the #2 team.

For what its worth, if Alabama had won and LSU was in our position. My stance would be the exact same as yours. In this hypothetical situation, my biggest fear would be that LSU wins the rematch and that would be hard to deal with.
That said, I would still say that LSU is the number 2 team in the nation. The championship should be played between the two best football teams.
