I am willing to give Paterno a chance to tell his side of the story. I am willing to let him explain what he was told and why he didn't act further. I think he is owed that before I demand he be removed. There are far more culpable people than JoePa involved with this clusterf#ck, and I think he is receiving more than his share of blame for a situation he had little to do with. He was essentially responsible for Sandusky's retirement in 1999. I wonder if they weren't more bitter rivals than close friends.

Again.. read the Grand Jury report. He testified he was told about, at the very least "fondling a child and/or other sexual act". That alone warranted a call to police. How can you even defend not calling the police when you know a child was sexually assaulted, which he admitted he was told about?

im sorry but child rape isn't something that goes up the chain of command. joe pa didn't handle it correctly the corrupt old bastard has probably been a shite human for a while.
