Paterno testified that he was told of fondling or some inappropriate conduct of a sexual nature occurring in the shower. McCreary met with Schultz and Curley and told them directly about what he witnessed. Perjury charges are based on conflict between testimony of McCreary and Curley and Schultz, not Paterno.

Do you really not understand how he should have called the police when it was brought to his attention, a child was raped in his showers? Is the most basic of human decency to be ignored because he's got games to win?
