I don't know. I think under that scenario a rematch would indeed happen.

ETA: Well yes, if LSU loses they would reach the SEC Championship game. But I'm talking in terms of how a rematch could happen.

Arkansas jumps three spots after struggling with Vanderbilt, and drops a spot after throttling a top 10 team.

Consider this...

IF the unthinkable happens (Oregon beats Stanford...OU beats OSU...Arkansas beats LSU) What we have is Bama v OU in the BCSCG. There is nothing a team like Arkansas can do to jump up against a scenario like that.

And before it's said, I DO acknowledge the most unlikely of the above three wins is Arkansas over LSU. But if it did, chaos ensues.

Oklahoma is the wild card here... They will beat Okie light and Oregon will beat Stanford. Book it.

I would still worry about OSU's mental edge still. Still have yet to beat OU in like 9 years now.

They had an opportunity to get into the Big 12 title game last year and blew it against OU.

The computers I can understand but the voters didn't penalize a home loss. If LSU had lost we would have dropped to 6

that BCS is bullchit, so we beat a top 10 team better than Okie State and Oregon and they drop us a spot.

My hypothetical bullchit radar just went full tilt and that makes an LSU and Arkansas match up a meaningless game.

Fuk ESPN and the BCS they suck.

Voters will have to choose between OU and Bama on the final weekend assuming LSU and Bama win out.

This shite is gonna get chaotic this year. Okie Lite and Stanford are losing next weekend IMO.

I agree that OU could be a wild card, I just don't see them jumping Bama with a loss to Texas Tech.

I think the reason Arkansas got leapfrogged is because of the team the lost to is no longer undefeated, whereas Oregon's only loss is to undefeated LSU, so that bumps up their SOS. Just IMHO.
