I just don't think he would leave Wisky for any school other than Iowa.

He has a great thing going on at Wisky.

why is everyone laughing about Fedora? I'll admit I don't know much about him but he has made Southern Miss somewhat respectable and they put points up. He also barely made the list.

You dont know anything about Southern Miss football do ya?

Fedora at USM
2008- 7-6
2009- 7-6
2010- 8-5

Career 22-17 not a lot to brag about.

The guy he replaced, Jeff Bower won tons of games at Southern Miss and was fired for having similar seasons to Fedora's first 3 years.

If UGA decides to come after him, he'll choose UGA over MSU...better facilities, better recruiting base, historically better team, and we can easily blow any offer MSU makes out of the water.

oh, it will be unlikely, but we could attempt to lure him with a recruiting base, facilities, and arse tons of cash.

i doubt we go after him though. and personally i love how he is a dick, we'd beat UK and Vandy like 80-14 every week

FWIW it will never happen. Based on the complete lack of respect for him I'm taking his name down all together.

that was implied? the way i meant it is UGA will provide him with the resources necessary to get who and what he wants. that being said UGA would get final approval

It's already been touched on, but like Magilla said he played there, earned a degree there (which is something he takes very seriously), coached there.

It really is his dream job and in this case it's not just lip service.

He has a strong emotional bond to that job, especially with the way he was put into that position with the death of Randy Walker.

I'm fairly certain he has refused to even have open lines of communication with programs trying to gauge his interest in other openings.

Sorry if some don't agree but Georgia is a top 10 job. If they are willing to pay they can have their pick. Probably Patterson first choice, Gus M will be first assistant to be considered.

Malzhan's offense with the athletes that come out of Georgia would be scary if you ask me. See Cam Newton. Plus I don't want them to get Dan Mullen.
