He made good adjustments last year, I'm going to give him credit for that. But he also had a lot of talent to work with.
I feel like tackling is not emphasized and aggressive play in the secondary is just ignored in practice.

Talent covered up his bad coaching. I gave him a pass the past two years. No more.
