Who in your opinion stands a better chance of beating them?
They get the toughest of the three at home, who barely beat a much worse State team 2 years ago in Starkville. LSU has had a ton of bad luck in the past 2 weeks. They lost their most consistent O-Lineman, their starting QB, and a starting WR.
As for Auburn, State played them closer than anyone last year and Auburn has lost practically an entire football team since then.
State is for real.
wow- intelligence does finally exist on the SECR

Didn't you watch their bowl game? He destroyed that powerhouse of a defense Michigan has.

2-1 is very possible. LSU is an automatic loss IMO. If the Auburn game was in Starkville this year I would consider them a lock to start 2-1. Anyone who says that there is no way State will start 1-2 needs a reality check though.

I just can't see LSU losing to State, I don't care where the game is played and what happened 2 years ago. The talent difference in the game last year was vast
or maybe it was that a young team was playing on the road for the 1st time and a new QB making his 1st road start. It was 12-7 midway thru the 3rd Quarter and State lost Relf for the rest of the game.
Dont forget- we only started 6 Sr's last season and played a helluva lot of Soph's

State plays LSU on a short week following what will be a tight gane @ Auburn. If State loses to Auburn, I say LSU blows them out by 17. If State wins, the emotion will be sky high. I just don't think they'll have the depth to be able to do it on the short week, though. LSU is the more talented team. They have the depth and the speed. I truly believe LSU comes together as a team and plays inspired football.

Bama has one QB who has only been used in mop up, 1 emergency and as a holder and another QB who has never taken a snap in a college game and I wouldn't trade either one for Relf.
He may be Cammy redux this year but I will believe it when I see it.

when Auburn played State last year, Malzahn didn't know Cam's ability. Even against Clemson, (which took them to OT and lost w/ a missed FG making it the closest game they played), Cam wasn't a running threat. It was when he took off on a 50 yard run against USC in the first half that Malzahn realized he needed to change his strategy. In the 2nd half, Cam started running the zone read option which carried them to the BCS Championship.

What are you going to do when Ole Miss gets beat by a bunch of Mormons, then loses to Vandy in week 3?
I propose you finding the tallest 4 story building in Gainesville and jump off.

The interceptions by Relf was the difference in last year's game. That occurred during the first month of the season. Relf was playing much better at the end of the year.

FWIW, I'm as worried about our game vs State as any on the schedule. We always schedule you guys on your up yours.
I'm not a State fan.

Right
Then I guess Malzahn is about a third the Coach everyone claims him to be

Honest question because I do not follow State closely:
Did they beat any good teams last year?

But this doesn't agree with Coonass's bullshite....therefore you're an idiot and know nothing about football.
....sarcasm aside....
Anyone else find it funny that when a someone doesn't agree with the unproven claims that someone else makes, they're called an idiot?
