re: Top 3 RBs production wise this season (Posted on 8/11/11 at 10:53 p.m. to Bzoner)

The answer to this question will be answered by who gets the most carries. And that will be Lattimore by a large margin again this year. USCe is going to run him in the ground again this year, he's their only option at RB. Trent will get a lot more carries this year so I expect his production to sky-rocket.

Ark has Davis and 2+ other backs that are real good behing him (1 was hurt started) so I expect his touched to go down a little.
Dyer at Au will get a little more touches than last year but I don't expect Au to run him in the ground like USC will do Latt, plus Au has some other good options at RB

And he shouldn't yet. If people are going to question Trent Richardson, because he only has 1,400 career rushing yards, then how is Spencer Ware going to carry a running game with 30 career carries?

You're right it's just LSU fans

If anyone wants a sig bet on Ware v Johnson, it's still open.

Which is my point.

I have never said DJ will be as good as Davis, but he will fill in nicely.

I did say that if Ware can get hype from LSU fans over one Cotton Bowl, then Arkansas fans can certainly hype a more proven SEC back in Dennis Johnson.

Mr. Sanctions seems to disagree. His panties got all bloody.

I'm surprised it took this many pages for a season ending injury thread to be turned into LSU vs. Arkansas.

Simply who has more yards through the 12 regular season games. No postseason or bowl.

Winner gets the others sig from the day after the LSU-Arkansas game until after the bowls.

You've been here like 9 months and have less than 200 posts, so I'm not sure I should make a bet with you.

You don't post enough.

Me winning would be almost worthless.

Yeah well I reserve the right to refuse to accept anyone's offer.

You don't post enough to make it worth my while.

But that played a large role in my decision to accept the challenge.

This just totally sucks. Arguably one of the best RBs in the nation.
