they started hurting yesterday so i shut it down since i needed a break. so i just did cardio and abs but then ended up doing some pull ups just to see if i get some without assistants and i banged out 4





I get a lot of pain when I stretch it out. I dont seem to have any issues with it if I work chest. Shoulders or tris are impossible.

Looks like a few months of cardio for me. There is a possibility it is a bone spur but no word yet. I have to do 4 weeks of therapy then a MRI if its not better. I fell like its torn

i felt the 4 was pretty good since i never was big on pull ups before. i think im just do as many unassisted ones as i can now and once i get up to 20 or so per set ill move to a weight belt.
