Guy on Finebaum was talking hypothetical, and it just happens that his hypothetical was the same shite he read in the ATPB thread and took as gospel. Btw he forgot to credit BlueTuna
I just sit back and laugh when I hear some dumb gump quoting that thread and asking Paul what he has heard. They usually claim some good credible friend with good connections sent them the info.

The guy who said that about Dye on Fbaum was Philip Shanks. A lawyer from Memphis, not some message board reading caller.

yes... and it was a legit caller (lawyer from Memphis that PF actually knows)stating to the nation-wide audience what many of us have been hearing for months.
This is really why everyone is SO interested in the BINGO trial that is going on in Montgomery right now. (Slots in Alabama = electronic Bingo, basically)
This is just the kind of trial/investigation that will hand the NCAA everything they need on a platter. (Se OSU, Oregon, and even the BAMA/Albert Means case) Imagine federal recordings of phone calls as a part of the Bingo bribery trial...
