because you can't reveal evidence on an ongoing investigation because it might compromise the investigation. Doesn't matter if there are multiple tapes. It would still be against the law.

The NCAA has no jurisdiction over a freaking radio host - or a street agent - or a booster.

Agents, and people involved with an investigation can't leak evidence. I don't think there's anything to stop others from doing so.
