Pat Dye's liver is pissed. It claims that it has been poisoned for years and no one made such a big deal about it.

So far all the bridges in T-town are still operational.

They always go for the bridges first...

So you're cool with the trees being killed within your own predetermined timeline?

It not the someone was mean to the trees, its more that a Bama fan killed them. I think it was a shitty thing to do but I am not all up in arms about it.

maybe he was just protecting the environment from all the shite tickets you guys litter on those trees everytime something good happens.

So the AU Turfgrass Management guys think that the trees WERE NOT poisoned.

God, why don't Alabama fans read the timestamps on news reports? Its not friggin' hard...

Then we wouldn't have people posting a three year old story about trees getting poisoned in Tuscaloosa, with assertions that "the payback has begun"...

Its not my own predetermined timeline, I read an estimation in the student news paper a few years back. I don't remember exactly how long they are supposed to live for but the experts predicted some time-frame and expected the replacement trees to be ready at that time.

Guess you didnt. Did you see the part where they took soil samples and sent off for testing. And to put 2 and 2 together for you. Those soil samples came back positive.

They used ticker tape back in the telegraph days, then the TP started in the 60's. Its not that hard to comprehend. I don't care if anyone else likes our traditions, that's why they are ours and not yours.

I heard that the employees would throw the ticker tapes up on toomers after a win during away games, so people knew about the win

Do you know what TODAY is? Or are you just a dumbass? Do you know that they sent off soil samples that confirmed the poisoning? Or are you just a dumbass?

Do you know that Monticello posted a three year old article about trees being poisoned in Tuscaloosa, and implied that it was retaliation for the Toomer's trees? Or are you just a dumbass?

Read the friggin' timestamps on the articles, then have the sense to wonder if there have been developments since that date...

Gotta love the hypocrisy on both sides. Thanks for keeping me entertained. This is just one of the many examples. Bear never hit the bottle, did he?
