There are laws out there with some serious teeth to them.

The problem is these worthless losers who cook up meth. You need a lot of chemicals to cook meth and some of them are either hard to purchase for a citizen or get flagged if you purchase a certain amount. So the meth cookers break into large farms, railroad yards and industrial plants and drill holes in large chemical containers. They take their gallon full of ammonia and then the rest pours out onto the ground and seeps into the soil and water tables. It is a HUGE environmental problem.

In response we get some pretty nasty criminal laws aimed at individuals who spill toxic chemicals, as opposed to earlier civil remedies that were targeting corporations.

Not sure if what this idiot did would qualify, but he could be looking at some serious jail time.

I'm so sick of Camgate. I'd almost rather it come out that we paid him and take our punishment rather than listen to people like Thayer and Brooks for months on end.

Nobody is going to be shocked if there is retaliation, but I don't like what that entails. Something's gotta be done.

I honestly do not think a lot of people understand the magnitude of this. The gump reaction is making it worse also. Retaliation will come, I have little doubt about it. Both schools are going to ask for cooler heads to prevail, but a line was crossed today (or rather when it was done).

Not that I care much if someone retaliates (it obviously will happen) but regardless if you retaliate you're still a bit creepy.

Normal people see something like this and think: well, that sucks, that tree really meant something to me ( ), hopefully some of our redneck psychos retaliate, but they don't actually go and try to destroy statues. Because they're normal people.

There's a difference between smack talk and "I heard from a source of a source that the hammer is dropping tomorrow"
