Its no doubt a pathetic thing to do but I find myself listening to an Auburn fan friend of mine who's all worked up about it (not TiM level but he's not a roided out psycho either) and I just don't quite get it.

I would think that with the owner being a city there is a lot more depth to it than it being a private owner.
i would think that he gets hit for vandalism at the least and depending on the value, a lot more.
