Yes, in two states, as well as a portion of an interstate named after him.

Thank God Riley will be gone in a matter of days.
The only things that he has done the entire time that he has been there is claim days for American Idols and now this thug.

Cool. Does this also mean that if I get caught speeding tomorrow, I can claim I didn't know the speed limit and get out of the ticket?

Riley in an f'ing fool. Thank God he's out in a few days and I never have to look at that dumb SOB again. I dont know who votes for dumb asses like that in this state. The economy in this state is awful and in shambles and all he can think about is his personal crusade to shut down electronic bingo parlors because he beleives gambling is a sin and proclaiming a Cam Newton Day. Worse that that he sounds and looks like Gomer Pyle.
I wish nothing but kidney stones for him and that stooge of his John Tyson.

I'll make sure I'm out of the state tomorrow.

Why wouldn't the governor wait until Monday (or Tuesday) to see if Cam/Aubbie win the NC? No faith?? Want to got ahead and get the seal stamped before the matter is settled?? I don't get it? Why does he deserve his own day? Do all Heisman trophy winners in Alabama get a day named in their honor?

This is what I was thinking.

Riley declared last Saturday "Cecil Newton Day", but Cam knew nothing about it.

These things are done almost every day in every state house in the U.S., for celebrities and other "regular" citizens.

Ingram definitely did, and I'm sure the others have also (Jackson, Sullivan) but I'm not gonna google it for you.
Also, Ingram's Day was 1-2 days before the NC game, just like Newton's.
