"Tell me I did the right thing"

Sure you did.

They'll be plenty more SEC Championship games, BCS bowls and National Championship games for Arky.

As ya'll like to say, the flagship is sailing and you're all on board. Auburn has "all in" and Arky can have "all aboard."

Spending time with the old lady is always a good idea. And now she owes you one.

FWIW, my wife would call me an idiot for booking a trip during an LSU football game.

I'd be in Montana alone if this was me in your situation.

IMO, Colorado and Utah are for skiing. Montana is for

Yes, even in Winter. But I'm the guy who sucks ice out of his rod guides and risks frost bite just to land a few.

There is only one game that I would choose over a week skiing in Montana, and that is happening in Glendale this year. I nixed a week in the Bahamas this Spring to go to Glendale instead. Good choice by you though.

This tells me that you are not married.

This tells me you are gay.

The french benefits of taking the wife on a ski trip to Montana and not going to the first BCS bowl in school history will score a lifetime of points that OP can and will bring up when he wants to go to hole #3.

Your normal tame, domesticated, docile wife will turn into a porn star freak.

Most men like a lady in public, Betty Crocker in the kitchen, and a whore in the sheets. I like a whore in the kitchen, and this trip will help.

"You can nail your wife any time you want."

Enjoy the game at Big Dick's Sausage Bar and Disco while OP sits back in the hot tub, getting wild sex, and watches the game on tv.

After a few flutes of champagne, maybe the wife will feel like a Wild Things threesome.

I worked at Big Sky during the 90's. That was before Moonlight Basin was built. You picked the perfect place.

I hate the road from Big Sky to Bozeman. It's like a 70 MPH 2 lane road with lots of curves.

That's the ONLY way to drive it. Whoo! That was where 'A River Runs Thought It' with Brad Pitt was filmed, along the Gallatin River.

Also, while I was working at Big Sky, there were two Auburn students that were arrested by Federal Marshalls for stealing a statue from Chet's bar. Dunba$$es.

WTF is a French benefit?

Is that some sort of license to be an a-hole? Is it a fund raiser to help out the largest group of pussies on the planet?
Is it good, fattening, rich food?
Or did you mean fringe? Dumbass.

"The right thing" can only be measured in terms of how much grief your wife would have given you for going to NOLA.

If she would have given you a lot of grief....you did the right thing.

Surely to God you aren't this damn dumb, yet you called me dumbass...

Irony, look it up.

It was a Fed-Ex commercial. You may not have access to a television and missed it, so I am going to be polite and give you a link to watch the next time you are at the library.

Thanks for playing.
