At the Auburn-Georgia game in 1994. Auburn is on a 21 game win streak. There is some jackass in a UGA sweatshirt in the student section mouthing off and tauting us.
Fast forward to the end of the game... Georgia ties Auburn to break the streak on some BS call (I don't remember the call, but I remember everyone being disgusted with it).
The UGA guy starts tauting the AU students - again. (He is in the aisle between two fraternity sections at this point). Someone from our section grabs the guy by his sweatshirt and punches him in the face. Then throws him across the aisle. Then someone in the other fraternity section props him up and 2 or 3 people hit him in the face. Then, he gets thrown to our section again... more arse-kicking.
The guy gets pumbled all of the way down the aisle. I am not causing trouble b/c I am 19 years old and drunk, but I notice 2-3 cops at the bottom of the steps looking at us. I assume they are making note of who is throwing punches so that they can arrest them....
Nope. When the UGA guy finally gets to the bottom of the steps in a bloody heap, they pick him up and escort him out of the stadium. The cops never did anything to the students.
