This Year's Auburn Team Would Destroy Last Year's Bama Team
I don't even think it would be close. Discuss. And keep it civil. It's just football after all.
This year's Bama team lost by only 1 point to the Barn and this year's Bama team is no were near as good as last year team so I have to disagree.
Both Tide teams offence were about the same the difference is with the defense last year’s team was light years better.

And we already got screwed in 04 when Corey Webster pushed our wr down in the endzone literally right in front of the ref, and Webster intercepted the ball. We definitely didn't bitch and moan near as much as LSU fans. LET IT GO.
I didn't bring it up but was responding to a 'Tide fans comment. The Webster play you're referring to was a questionable missed call, not even close to being the blatant robbery that happened to Peterson. The video evidence excuse is just that, a poor flimsy excuse. I was at the game and it looked like a clean interception live, in re-play and it wasn't even close. The only thing hard to tell was whether he got his Second foot in bounds which wasn't necessary anyway. But, Peterson's long over it so the rest of us just have to live with a sorry memory from what was otherwise a great contest.

We have been screwed big time before. We have been screwed on plays that actually DID cost us games
So has every team, including the Peterson robbery game. The point is, you haven't been screwed royally against LSU since that happened. But it will come back around. Generally does. That Karma dude's got a good memory.

List of the BCS era national champions that Auburn is better than, IMO:
1. 2002 Buckeyes (although they would get killed against the Miami team that OSU beat)
2. 2007 Tigers (although LSU never really seemed to be at full strength. I'd probably take them if they were)
They're also better than the 2006 Gators but I get your point. 2010 Auburn is a very flawed football team but they have arguably have the best defensive and offensive player in CFB which is more than enough in a weak year for CFB.

Keep waiting on that karma dude, but you might want to know that bad karma strikes people that actually did something wrong, and the U of A did nothing wrong. Maybe something bad will happen to the booth guy and the refs, but we aren't due for bad karma. Unless you are one of those dumb fricking conspiracy theory wack jobs, you should see that pretty clearly.

mehh.. Oregon is playin for a NC.. the other top teams were TCU and Boise St. Not exactly a ringing endorsement for a banner year in college ball.

Not our fault ND sucks, USC cheated, Bama choked, and UT took the year off.

it really is a severe down year.

Didn't say it was Au's fault at all. Someone had to take advantage of it. Just glad Au was able to beat out the TCU's of the world this time.

Well Bama did have to keep in front of Boise last year.
It's called paridy. Teams go up and down...not years.

Easy to do when you're #1 most of the season.

Really? How about parody? Perhaps even parity is what you're looking for.

Exactly, and this is a year that almost all are down. But someones still gotta play in the CG. Like I said, glad yall were able to hang on and stay ahead of the TCU's this year.

I'll take that as a compliment.

this year's college football was down. it pleases me to see you don't wanna accept that fact... because it doesn't detract from how good auburn is at all. it's just a simple fact. and you deflecting it means you have some insecurity ;)

That did not cost LSU the game. A possibility maybe, though unlikely. I'm talking about a bullshite call that actually did 100% without a doubt cost Alabama a game. But if you want to talk about bullshite calls that could be potential game changers, then consider the PP interception payback for the 04(?) game when LSU's defender shoved our receiver down in the endzone(right in front of the ref) and intercepted the ball

FYI, I thought it was a weak year for CFB last year as well. The difference is the teams at top last year Alabama, Florida and Texas were much, much better defensive teams than the likes of Auburn, Oregon and Stanford this year.
