It is not a foorball or pay for play investigation. It was orginally a bank fraud case, but now is much broader dealing with gambling, bribery, extortion, mail fraud, public corruption, etc. The only interest the FBI has is that the Cam newton AU pay for play scam explained some of the taped conversations and slush funds.
