It is not a foorball or pay for play investigation. It was orginally a bank fraud case, but now is much broader dealing with gambling, bribery, extortion, mail fraud, public corruption, etc. The only interest the FBI has is that the Cam newton AU pay for play scam explained some of the taped conversations and slush funds.

Yeah because, as we all know, the Feds are VERY notorious for allowing state and local law enforcement agencies to step in and do their investigations for them. You nailed that one dude!
