I think you conveniently over looked this post.

Cecil Hurt has the only connection to Alabama in those tweets.

I didn't over look it. There's nothing in it that warrants a response.
Tell me what your favorite cheese is. I'm not going to respond to that either.

This is true, but it doesn't mean that it doesn't exist. We may never know if it does or not, but don't say that nothing will come out like it is a fact.

I didn't realize Joe Schad, Dan Wetzel and Stewart Mandel were Bama fans.

I'm just telling you what isn't going to happen.
You don't have to believe me. I guess forty years from now, you'll still cling to the belief that new information might come out and that the other shoe is still waiting to drop.
I don't police the stupid shite you say. Feel free not to police what I say.

The NCAA is far from done with this investigation. If it takes them 18 months to conclude a textbook investigation, they ain't going to suddenly come to any conclusions on this after a few weeks. And the FBI is still involved in all of this.

The FBI is also still looking for Jimmy Hoffa.
Good luck.

I've been told that Auburn payed Cecil 250k. State stopped bidding at 180. My understanding is that it's pretty common knowledge amongst people involved in the recruiting game. was also told how much some other players were payed, so it's not like Auburn is the only one who pays players.

so now that it's clear than anyone can solicit money for a student athlete with no consequences, we are going to forever wonder about player eligibility and always be waiting on an ncaa investigation. Now Dads everywhere are going to line up to ask for money now that they know it isn't punished.

I think it's pretty obvious Ole Miss isn't paying players.
You're in the clear on this one.

Was randomly on the OT late one night and saw it. Looked pretty damned beautiful to me. Not to mention most of my essays get written at 2:00am the day they are due.

Cam wasn't punished because his dad wasn't successful. Why would dads everywhere line up to ask for money, just in hopes that they wouldn't get it so their kids wouldn't be punished?
Retarded logic.

But how many parents aren't going to receive money? if they receive any money, then they will be ineligible.
And yes, the investigation is still going on the finalize everything, but with all the information that is out right now, AU has also been cleared of any wrong doing so as of now, it is a stretch to say Auburn is still going to be in trouble. Now something new could come out, but the NCAA hasn't found anything yet, even though you guys have said its already out there.

I bet a lot of people thought soliciting money was against the rules so they didn't do it. Now it's proven to be perfectly fine to do. All I'm saying is now more people will do it because they know they can only get in trouble if money changes hands. And for this the NCAA will have to look into every situation like Cecil. And that will be annoying as hell as a college football fan.
