I am all for upholding the constitution, but it is a document that was written over 200 years ago. Times have changed, so some things in the constitution have had to change accordingly. It is just the way it is.

Basic rights should never be impeded. I want to find it incredulous that this was even said, but sadly, I'm not. Toooooo many people like yourself have bought into the idea that giving up a few freedoms are worth being comfortable. The problem with this, is that someone will be in charge of what you have given up, and eventually, you'll turn around and see that you have no more rights and no way to fight back for them.
