Point? All I hear is excuses.
Don't suit up if you can't finish the game...

the point is you cant call him a pussy due to having the flu and playing 3 quarters of all out football when you couldnt do it for 1 when healthy

wow, some ratards in this thread.
Two of the best in the SEC... the CB calling out the WR before the season starts.
I'm getting excited! Those two will be tied together throughout their entire careers... unless they go to the same team, which they won't b/c they'll both get drafted early in the first.
I love this shite. I wish Julio would say something back to him, like boxers promoting their fight.

Still an excuse. I could throw out all the various injuries Julio has had the past seasons, but that just an excuse.

Played 2 years of college ball before going on medical hardship, but good try...

Come on. You know if the shoe was on the other foot, LSU fans would be bitching and moaning about thier players being called out. That's how fandom works.

The point is, bammer fans, that PP is a better cornerback than JJ is a receiver. See which goes first in next years draft if you don't believe me!

As long as we win I dont give a shite how many passes Julio catches.

I want to enjoy this without the typical Gump vs. Corndog exchange.

That all depends on how this year goes. Remember all that Lindley talk this time last year, and how none of Alabama's DBs matched him. Well, 'Bama may have three DBs drafted before him. Regardless, Julio has at least one more year to prove he's the receiver he was in 2008. I would like to think that the nagging injuries, and change of QB had a lot to do with his production. He's a physical freak, and still demands attention from opposing DCs.

"This year, Jones is going to catch no passes and I'm going to get no cramps."
The point IS, PP just made a bold prediction.
Y'all really think JJ will not make a single catch?
Care to back up PP's mouth with a bet?
Arguing who is better is apples to oranges, I'm not getting in that dick measuring contest.
But I will argue that JJ is smarter than PP.
All JJ has to do is make one catch to make PP's prediction as right as his eye black was last season.
This will be a fun thread to pull up next November for one fanbase. And history predicts that PP will be on the losing end of another battle.

I just dont understand this statement. PP got burnt a few times this year, and Julio dropped a few passes. Julio had a much better freshman year than Julio, and thats a fact.

You can't compare how good a cornerback is at his position to how good a wide receiver is at his position. The great thing about it is that Peterson doesn't allow Jones to do shite when the two are on the field together. I can't wait till this season we go back to beating Alabama every year. Losing games to them that we should have won is getting old.

But that is a lie. Freshman year, Julio owned PP. Last year he had 3 catches for 29 yards, which is not much, but that is still almost ten yards a catch. Basically, your statement is completetly false.

Were you in a coma in 2008?

Not quite, if Peterson played for Alabama hed bbe suspended every time he just couldnt keep his mouth shut.
unless bama is losing...then Saban would just put him in the 2nd half.
