Looks like the Hogs picked up another Oklahoma LB but he will first go to Butler CC. Does he count in the ratings? LOL. That might make some feel better.

In all seriousness, this young man, if he indeed makes his grades and heads to Arkansas looks like a very, very good pick-up.

This from Music City Hog from Hogville.

So I am watching this Oklahoma chat thing waiting for Barnett and some Oklahoma fan asked if they knew anything about Trayvon Henry.

The Moderator running the chat said this:

"Henry signed with Butler CC in Kansas & will go onto Arkansas"

Never heard of this kid and obviously not this year, but looks like we might have another Oklahoman on the way in a couple of years. By the way, the Mod was also talking about what a job Mcgee is doing in Oklahoma. He has pulled 11 players out of Oklahoma in the past 2 years. We signed 5 from Oklahoma the previous five years combined. He is a great asset to this staff!

Millwood linebacker Trayvon Henry has narrowed his list to two schools after decommitting from Kansas following Mark Mangino's termination. Texas Tech and Arkansas made the final cut, but there is one huge caveat; he has yet to qualify academically. Henry said that if he qualifies this year he will sign with the Red Raiders, however if he fails to qualify, then he will sign and place with the Razorbacks at Butler Community College in Kansas. Henry is scheduled to take the ACT in February.

emphasis mine, as some one asked about Butler, which is a juco in kansas.

hopefully link works as topps also discusses another hog commitment: OL/DL Simek
