A coach like Urban only has the challenge of building a program and seeing how much money he can make left. At ND it looks like he can do both.
When considering he has notheing left to accomplish it makes more sense to go to the NFL.

Meyer's offense would be destroyed by NFL defenses. He will never coach in the League.
