I don't feel joy over it, but I do see the irony that these are two kids Kiffin made such a big deal over and even tried to get Urban in trouble for one.

The type of gun shouldn't make a difference I wouldn't think - the victim didn't know it wasn't a "real" gun, and if it was brandished/used in a threatening manner it is still the same.
