It was VERY close. Maybe he was in the air and maybe he wasn't. It depends on when you award possession to Peterson. My point is, the call wasn't nearly as bad as everyone is trying to make out.

it doesn't matter when peterson gets possession. if just matters if jones was touching out of bounds when he was touching the ball; which he wasn't

Anytime there is a clear interception, supported by video evidence, in a national championship semifinal game, in the fourth quarter, in a 6-point game ... I think it's safe to say it was one of the worst calls in the conference this season.

If you don't see that, you're blind.

That said, LSU still may not have scored. But LSU certainly got robbed of the opportunity at a crucial time in the game.
