Based on the fact that their defense is ranked 70th against the run, and 100th against the pass. I think we will score more than 9 points.

Which defense has more sacks?

Who has major offensive line issues?

Who has a QB that loses his brain when he gets hit and throws the ball anywhere and everywhere?

Just like Alabama and Florida?

Alabama

41 carries
134 yards
3.3 ypc

Season Average: 229.29 yards
Percent Difference: -40.7%

We held Alabama to 40% fewer rushing yards than their seasonal average.

Florida

46 carries
136 yards
3.0 ypc

Season Average: 259.83
Percent Difference: -47.7%

We held Florida to 47% fewer rushing yards than their seasonal average.

Ole Miss's rushing offense only averages 158.50 yards per game.

Let's see how Ole Miss fares against its opponent's rushing defenses. I will post each team's average rushing yards allowed and compare how Ole Miss did against the average.

Memphis

186.71 Rushing Defense
135 yards - Ole Miss's net rushing yards

Southeastern LA - outlier, they play in the FCS so Ole Miss ran for much higher than their average

South Carolina

148.57 Rushing Defense
139 - Ole Miss's net rushing yards

Vanderbilt

170.57 Rushing Defense
160 - Ole Miss's net rushing yards

Alabama

63.29 Rushing Defense
57 - Ole Miss's net rushing yards

UAB

148.00 Rushing Defense
163 - Ole Miss's net rushing yards

As you can see, Ole Miss consistently gains fewer rushing yards than their opponents allow on average. The only teams that Ole Miss gained more yards vs their average rushing defense were Southeastern LA and UAB. Against decent competition, Ole Miss's running game was held in check.

Arkansas has held the SEC's top three rushing offenses to below their average rushing yards per game. Arkansas held Florida and Alabama to WELL UNDER their average rushing yards, but held Auburn to just 5 fewer yards than their average.

Ole Miss is struggling with its offensive line. Why would anyone believe that Ole Miss will run all over Arkansas?

It's possible, but right now, it appears unlikely.
