the SuperDome?
I've herd it's kinda rundown compared to the Georgia Dome, but I haven't been to either.
But since the Sugar Bowl is for the SEC Champ(or No. 2), and we are the best Conference. I think it should be in the best venue we have available. I know the SEC doesn't have much say in where it is, but that's my feeling.

Hell no. There's too much tradition there. As an Alabama fan you should want it to be in New Orleans. Too many memories, good and bad, in that dome. Not to mention the history before it was played in the Super Dome.

I don't think they have much sugar cane in GA.

I know the Superdome will host another Super Bowl in a few years so I'm sure it will get some upgrades pretty soon.

Not to flame you. But if you haven't been to either venue, how can you possibly have a feeling of where it should be held?
It should stay in New Orleans and never even consider the GADome.

If you want to bring up questions like this, then the real question you're looking for is should the SEC Champ. Game be held in the Georgia Dome?

If it is good enough to host as many Super Bowls as it has and will in the future, I think it is ok for the Sugar Bowl.

Fail.
After reviewing the upgrades, NOLA was awarded the Super Bowl by the NFL this past spring.
And it's still being upgraded, and still is the largest indoor facility to play football.
No one has the perfect mix that NOLA has, I believe this will be the 8th Super Bowl in NO.
ETA: I have always been for a rotation between NO and Atl for the Sugar Bowl and SEC championship games.

Ive been to both domes multiple times and after their most recent renovations.
Superdome >>>> Ga Dome.
Superdome >>>> Ga Dome.

I think War Memorial in Little Rock is available. Do I need to make some phone calls?

Right, so it's good enough an NFL franchise and for the Superbowl but it's too rundown for the Sugar Bowl. Got ya. Brilliant.
