They should, it makes sense in so many ways. Having Texas back kills their only advantage they had the past 12 years.
This would not be good for the SEC though, you do not want the Big 10 into SEC territory but its not a bad idea for ATM. Much less competition to deal with but I think it hurts recruiting.

Got to love it when UTrans fans make an analogy like this. They claim we were "cowards" when we left the Big12 to come to the SEC, the toughest conference in football.
So why did UTrans leave the Big 12?

I love how it’s a competition. Like the Sooners and horn want everyone to hate A&M as much as they do. And it’s just annoying people.
