Will be a bunch of weather-affected series this weekend. Hopefully we can get all the games in.

That we're 6-3 in the conference, including a series win over Oklahoma, without a single pitcher in the top 15 in ERA or Strikeouts in crazy.

LSU's current lineup against righties has Frey at DH and Reaves at 3B.
In that lineup, Steven Milam has the 7th best batting average, at .349!
The worst batting averages are .300 (Stanfield) and .280 (Hernandez).

The thing I hate mostly about baseball is the lack of Wednesday games.

We gonna be playing in the cold rain in Norman.

Georgia is going to find out real quick if they are elite

Not sure about that, Texas is really beat up and lost its best hitter.

We aren't, we just keep winning, hopefully getting more development from our bull pen. We can slug though.

who is to say what elite is? One of our best players is out with a hammy and we've struggled with starting pitching all season.
However, you don't win 29 of your first 31 games if you aren't preeeeeety damn good. We also have sweeps in gainesville and against a top 15 AU. I mean if we go 3-0 then sure call us elite, but I don't think going 2-1, or hell even 1-2, means that we all of a sudden suck or something.

Miserable weekend for baseball. Think they should try and play 2 tomorrow.

#2 Georgia at #3 Texas
The Fact that #1Tennessee vs 13-14 Texas A&M and #2 Arkansas vs 9-17 Missouri is getting Televised over this game this weekend is Mind blowing

As an example, batting average and on base percentage are not as correlated as SLG..

I still have to pinch myself when I look at our offensive numbers. The last few years were so rough to watch. I can't believe we won 20 conference games in back to back years with how bad we were at the plate.

With the weather forecast for Oklahoma, I would be surprised if OU and LSU get in one game, let alone three
