Maybe one from a HS made up of the following races
Asian - Their sport is being smart
Latino - Futbol is life
Arab - Can't play against women
No chance against any school made up black and/or white guys.

"Average" is pretty vague. As it is worded, yes the best WNBA teams could beat the average boys HS team.

6'7 is 6'7 no matter the gender.
Depends on the high school team's ability and whether they are using a girl's ball or boy's ball.
Prolly not

Yes, and some college women's teams could beat an "average" high school team.
A WNBA team could NOT beat a top men's HS team. Result would be as embarrassing as the US Women's Soccer team getting drilled by a U15 boys team

You take Hoover this year they would beat South Carolina girls by 50.

this is correct.
What's also correct is that a HS boys team that has even ventured into "pretty good" territory would absolutely have their way with any WNBA team.

You could have any 8 womens basketball players in the world.
I would take the 8 best 4a basketball players in Arkansas.
My team would win by a minimum of 30.

Sorry Kamala, you lost.
President Trump and I are against men playing in women's sports.

What if the best WNBA team played the Celtics?
120 to 15?
120 to 15?

If a top NBA team was actually trying their hardest for a full game, I’d honestly be surprised if the WNBA team scored at all.

lol you guys are crazy. My dad used to coach in college, and he would tell me stories of scrimmaging the girls' team and they would play 3 on 5. Said any fast break was an easy dunk or layup and it would get ugly quick.
He would often see the women's team go up to random dudes playing 5x5 at the rec and ask them to play them and the guys would whip their arse.
Id say any average 4a and above guys HS team would beat the WNBA teams. not these horrible 1 and 2A schools with slow white boys.

What college and what year are we talking about. A Yale Women's team from the 90s is a little different than an LSU Women's team from the the past few years.

LOL
The celtics can score 120 against other actual, real life NBA teams. They could score any time down the floor on women and other than some loosely contested deep 3s the women wouldn't score at all.

Maybe like a small 2a school, but not a bigger school.

yes...nobody is disagreeing with that.
What I and the AU fan said was simply that the "average" boys basketball team likely sucks arse. In your heads you're thinking about the cream of the crop at the highest classification in yoru state. A team that likely has multiple guys that are going to be playing high major ball in less than a year. That is not average. The "average" high school team across all of America probably has a handfulof 5'8" white dudes starting and doesn't have a soul that would even sniff an NAIA offer.

Okay, I'll bite.
Any WNBA team vs the average boy's HS team?
There was a time when I would have presumed that the WNBA team had a chance, before watching some of the teams.
I think the WNBA all-star team could win. It would definitely need a lot of ways to generate open looks, because they're not going to get a lot of height advantages. A few, sure, but not a ton.
But it's hard to say what the "average" HS team would even look like, considering there are thousands of high school teams, ranging from huge schools to those with barely enough kids to put together a team. So what's "average" with such a massive deviation between quality of play?
It also depends on how disciplined the kids are vs the WNBA players are. If the high school team keeps generating fouls the women's team can easily keep up and watch the kids foul out. I imagine that a lot of high school players, if held to the standard of other tiers would probably see a lot more fouls called.

They'd get some foul shots. Someone is bound to generate some fouls during that stretch.
Not nearly enough to win, but this isn't football - there's a mechanism where the women's team has a chance to take shots without them being contested.

I will say this:
I'm not sure the WNBA is 100% filled with the best players.
If a top NCAAM player is graduating, they're going pro - it pays millions. I don't care what their degree is.
If a top NCAAW player is graduating, if that woman has a degree in a good field (like, say, Cybersecurity or in route to Law or Medical school, or various engineering fields), then what's the incentive? They'll make more money with their degree.
Caitlyn Clark's financial success is way outside the norm for WNBA players. WAY outside.
