This has got to be one of the "easiest" SEC schedules on paper for the month of April. At Georgia will definitely be a battle. But we have the potential to win/sweep every other series based on current and past performance of both our squad and the other teams we play this month.
We've definitely got an opportunity this month to set ourselves up in good position in the SEC race.

I'm sure A&M will come around and finally look good at some point, same for Florida.

What's the story on Gage Woods? The first game I saw him pitch a couple years ago he was dealing and had a wicked fall off the table curve ball. I just looked and he's only pitched 2 innings this year, after what I saw I expected him to be a smoking starter by now.

He's the #3 starter but got hurt.

We definitely need to take care of business against A&M and Florida. May's schedule is brutal with series against Texas, LSU, and Tennessee. At least we get 2 of those 3 at home.

Parker Coil won’t pitch “for a while” per DVH in the postgame

Posted on 4/2/25 at 6:41 am to BallHawg10
Also we have 3 easiest SEC games we’ll have all year this weekend and we may not be able to play any of them. The forecast looks absolutely terrible.
Posted on 4/2/25 at 8:45 am to BallHawg10
Looks like a double header on Sunday may be the best shot.

Coil and Wood out for the Mizzou series per DVH.
Posted on 4/3/25 at 12:06 pm to ArHog
Coil probably out at least the next 5 weeks. May see Wood back against UGA or the midweek game of that week.
